INSTRUCTIONS

If you are using a Kindle or the Kindle App, click on the first download button. 

If you’re using iBooks, just click the second download button, then select “open in iBooks”. For iPad and iPhone, you might have to tap the download link twice.

Nook and Kobo users can use the third download button.

If you’re using a different device or a computer, you may need to download the file (by right-clicking on the button), then transferring to your reading app or hard drive.
